This is such a powerful message. We often expect doctors to be superhuman, forgetting that they face burnout just like everyone else. Even in my own non-medical job, the stress can be overwhelming. I’ve found that taking micro-breaks—like playing a quick puzzle on minigame—really helps clear my head and reset. I hope our healthcare heroes can find small ways to prioritize their own well-being too. We need them healthy!
